Cookie Policy
What each cookie category does, and how to change your decision.
Last updated: 30 August 2026
Pending legal review
This document describes how the website actually works, but it has not yet been reviewed by a qualified adviser. ITOX LTD should have it checked before launch.
The short version
This site sets nothing optional until you say yes. Analytics and marketing tags are not loaded, and no identifier is stored for them, until you have accepted that category. Refusing is exactly as easy as accepting, and you can change your mind at any time using the cookie preferences link in the footer.
Strictly necessary
These are needed for the site to work and cannot be switched off. They do not track you across other websites.
- Your cookie decision itself, stored in your browser so we do not ask again on every page. Stored locally, not sent to a server.
- Security and anti-abuse controls that protect the forms from automated submissions.
Analytics
Only loaded if you accept this category. Analytics tell us which pages are useful and where visitors give up, so the site can be improved. They are not used to identify you personally.
- Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager, which set cookies to distinguish sessions and measure page views.
Marketing
Only loaded if you accept this category. These let us measure whether our advertising reaches the right businesses.
- Meta Pixel, if configured, which measures the effect of advertising on Meta platforms.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag, if configured, which measures the effect of advertising on LinkedIn.
Third-party content
The contact page embeds a map from OpenStreetMap, which does not set advertising cookies. The coverage page can load a Google map, which is only requested when that section is scrolled into view.
Photography is served from the Unsplash content delivery network. Images are static files and do not set cookies.
Changing your choice
Use the cookie preferences link in the footer of any page to reopen the panel and change your decision. You can also clear site data in your browser, which removes the stored choice and causes the banner to appear again.
If we materially change what we use cookies for, we will ask again rather than rely on the decision you made previously.
