Hardware Break/Fix Support

When hardware fails, the question is simple: how quickly can someone competent get to it. ITOX dispatches engineers to diagnose the fault, replace what has failed, and confirm the system is back in service before they leave.

What we do

  • Diagnose the fault on site rather than guessing from a ticket.
  • Replace failed components using parts you or your vendor supply.
  • Restore the system to service and verify it under normal load.
  • Handle warranty and vendor-directed replacement work.
  • Return failed parts where a vendor requires them back.

Response model

Break/fix requests are matched to field capability near the site. We confirm what the engineer will carry, what you are supplying, and the attendance window before dispatch. We do not publish a blanket response time, because a genuine one depends on the site, the country and the part.

FAQs05

Questions we are asked.

Ordinarily the part is supplied by you or your hardware vendor and shipped to site. If you need parts sourcing included, raise it in the request so it can be scoped.

The engineer records what was actually found. If the work needed differs from the request, you are told before further work proceeds.

Yes. Provide the process and any case references and the engineer will work within it, including returning failed parts where required.
