Desktop & IT Support
Onsite support for users, endpoints, devices and IT environments where remote assistance is not enough.
Typically requested for
Onsite user or endpoint support at a location with no local IT presence.
Deployment programmes fail on coordination, not on technology. Hundreds of devices have to be built consistently, arrive at the right site, be installed in a defined window, and be signed off. ITOX supplies the field engineering that makes that repeatable.
Deployment is planned from your site list, device count and deadline. The programme is sequenced against those, and each site is reported as it completes rather than at the end.
Device build and staging
Multi-site scheduled deployment
Desktop and laptop refresh programmes
Point-of-sale and kiosk deployment
Meeting room and AV endpoint rollout
User handover and floor-walking
Swap-out and legacy equipment removal
Yes. Build and staging to a consistent standard is usually what keeps a large deployment predictable.
It can be removed and accounted for as part of the same programme, and passed into IT Asset Disposal if you need it to leave securely.
Per site, as each completes. That way a slipping location is visible while the programme is still running, not afterwards.
