This site describes the IT field services ITOX provides and allows you to enquire about them or request work. It is an information and enquiry channel.

The client portal is a separate application, and access to it is governed by the agreement between ITOX and your organisation rather than by these terms.

Submitting a service request, an enquiry or a support ticket through this site is a request for us to consider work. It is not an order, and it does not oblige either party to anything.

A contract is formed only when scope, price and terms have been agreed in writing between ITOX and your organisation. The reference number you receive on submission identifies your request; it is not a confirmation that work has been accepted or scheduled.

We describe our services as accurately as we can, and we deliberately avoid publishing response times, coverage guarantees or capacity figures that we cannot honour in every case. What can actually be delivered at a specific site is confirmed against that request.

The content of this site is provided for information. It does not constitute technical advice for your particular environment, and it may change without notice.

The site links to other websites, including the ITOX client portal and external services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate, and a link is not an endorsement.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by Italian law, and the courts of Italy have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.

We may update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
